Monday
Cardio Drumming          9:30 am - 10:30 am
Class fee:  $3 drop in fee
 
Using rhythm as the source of inspiration to discover a new group fitness experience Cardio Drumming combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the benefits of music and rhythm. Cardio Drumming is a program that fosters a healthy balance physically, mentally, emotionally and socially! No experience necessary. Drumsticks and balls provided. Drumming can be done while standing or sitting.

Strength & Balance Exercise          11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Class fee:  $3 drop-in fee
 
This class combines gentle stretching and strength exercises to maintain and increase strength, balance and flexibility. Some of these exercises are done seated and some from a standing position. 
 
Mahjongg          1:00 pm     
Class fee:  $1 drop-in fee
 
A fascinating gin rummy-like game played with tiles. This is not an instructor-led activity.
 
Tuesday
Crafting Group          9:30 am - 11:30 am
Class fee: $1 drop-in fee
 
This group is working on all sorts of crocheted, knitted and quilted projects and would love others to join them. Whether you are a little bit “crafty” or a lot, come join the fun. This is not an instructor-led activity.

Rhythm & Reps          9:30 am - 10:30 am (No class on monthly luncheon days)
Class fee: $3 drop-in fee
 
A full-body workout class that uses light to moderate weights with repetition to help you build strength, motivation and confidence. Instructor Sandy Ellis, will use these scientifically proven moves and techniques to fun upbeat music making this class an engaging and motivating experience for all!


Wednesday

Tai Chi         11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Tai Chi is a Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercises designed for relaxation, improving flexibility, balance and increased health. This is a practice session for students of Tai Chi. This is not an instructor-led activity.

Cards and Coffee          12:30 pm - 3:30 pm     
Class fee:  $1 drop in fee

Bridge, Samba-Card game and other card games are played. This is not an instructor-led activity.

Thursday
Wood Carving Group             9:30 am -11:30 am
Class fee: $1 drop-in fee

Novice to experienced wood carvers gather to learn, practice and work on their projects each week. This is not an instructor-led activity.
  
Zumba Gold® for Seniors               9:30 am -10:30 am
Class fee:  $3 drop in fee
 
Zumba Gold® targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.

Line Dancing         9:30 am -10:30 am
Class fee:  $3 drop in fee
 
This is an introductory class that will feature many musical styles and will include the Electric Slide, K for Kicks and Country Boy dances along with others.​

Class fee:  $3 drop in fee
